Gluten-Free Cinnamon Pancakes



 

Hey. Today I have a mouthwatering, delicious recipe. Cinnamon gluten-free pancakes. They are super delicious and scrumptious. And so simple and easy to make. So let's get into it. So for today's recipe, you'll need: 


Ingredients 

2 Cups of Oatmeal 
2 Eggs 
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt 
1 tsp vanilla 
1 tbsp vanilla 
1 1/2 cup of Almond Milk 
1/3 cup butter
2 tbsp sugar 

Serves 4 

Makes 12 pancakes 


Steps

  1. Pour oatmeal into the blender. blend it out until it's nice and smooth. I try to get it as smooth as possible. And once done, go ahead and place everything into a bowl here.
  2. Add in the rest of your ingredients 
  3. The baking powder makes it fully
  4. Stir until you get a pancake consistency. 
  5. So I'm just going to go ahead and melt some butter here and pour it into the pan. 

One thing that I've learned from doing this is sometimes you want to make sure that you add a bit more milk. 

Once you have all your ingredients mixed in go  ahead and turn your stove onto  medium heat

Once the pan is heated we can add some butter into the pan. Go ahead and add the pancake mixture into the pan. You're going to see that is going to start bubbling up here. And when this that's bubbling, it means it's ready to flip so we can go ahead and flip it over.
